We got up nice and early on Saturday morning and started the day with freshly baked goodies from a local bakery. There are bakeries, cafes, and chip shops in almost every neighborhood and all of them are amazing. After enjoying our takeaway breakfast we took the bus from where we were staying to the Underground Station in Morden. Then we took the Underground to Tower Station to see London Tower. This involved one Underground transfer, and we missed it both years and had to do some exploring both times. The Tower of London was jam-packed and Karen walked around the outside while I waited close to the Underground. We had a great time even if you didi get mixed up on thr Underground!
